Swedish Spaghetti
In frying pan cook 1lb Turkey with one med Onion fried till brown Quickly stir in one egg, add 1 to 2 cloves pressed Garlic At this point put in plenty (1Tbls) of Oregano and a little Sage The egg coats the meat and help the spices stick to it,
Bring to boil together 1 large can Diced Tomatoes 1 can Tomato Paste 1/2 cup Red wine (Fresh Broccoli or Spinach)
Add cooked turkey to sauce Add a little Basil and plenty of chopped fresh Dill (1/2 cup) Add 1 to 2 Bay Leaves (to be removed later) Pinch in Cinnamon and Cardamom to taste These spices and the dill sweeten the sauce and makes it more Swedish
Serve on Spagehtti Noodles cooked in a combination of Olive Oil (with a little Hazelnut Oil if you have it) Sprinkle on Parmesan at the table
